Bentley Community Schools App
This is the primary app for everyone and most things for Bentley Community Schools!
This is the new Apptegy/Thrillshare system app that is replacing or updating many features of our other apps & systems:
Alerts replaces SchoolMessenger for district Email & SMS text message alerts and includes in app alert notifications!
Events updates the district Google Calendar and has more features like Search and the ability to filter events based on each school or extracurricular activities like athletics.
Feed updates our Facebook and Instagram feeds.
Rooms replaces some functions of the ParentVUE & StudentVUE apps with new features and a better experience!

StudentVUE App/Website

Waypoint Parents App
This is the Waypoint transportation system app that allows parents, guardians, and childcare facilities to track students' school buses by showing a map with the following:
Planned routes
Stop locations
Scheduled & estimated stop times
Live location within a minute or less
Getting Started
To log in, the app requires your registered mobile phone number the school has on file. This is the only method you can use to verify your identity.
Live tracking information becomes available as soon as the bus drivers have finished their pre-run checklists.
Issues
The following situations may occur:
If there are technical issues or if a substitute driver has not been trained to use the new system, live tracking information may not be available. If we have enough notice of this type of event, we will send out a text message notification.
If the information on the tracking screen does not look correct, go back to the rider list screen and tap the circular-arrow-shaped reload icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Notifications
You can set up bus arrival notifications by tapping the gear-shaped settings icon in the top right corner of the screen, then selecting Notification Settings. There, you can choose to receive an alert a specific amount of time before the bus arrives (for example, 10 minutes).
Please note:
The notifications may not be seen or heard if your phone's Do Not Disturb mode is turned on.
This feature is still in development and may not work on all phone models.
