Biography:

I have been in education since 2012. I spent a few years substitute teaching in Shiawassee county.  Then I spent 3 years in multiple long term substitute teaching positions at Corunna High School. I taught algebra 2, physics, advanced physics, physical science, US history, world history, and biology.  During the summer, I taught a geometry credit recovery class. I had the pleasure of joining the Bulldog Nation the fall of 2016 as the Academic Interventionist at Bentley Middle School. I also joined the BOLD team as the main mathematics teacher.

College Preparation:

I graduated from the University of Michigan-Flint in 2012. I have earned a

6-12 Teaching degree with a major in Mathematics and a minor in Earth/Space Science

Outside of School:

I am an avid outdoorsman.  This includes hunting, fishing, camping, kayaking, archery, and all things outdoors.  I am not the biggest sports fan, but I do enjoy disc golf. I am a self proclaimed nerd and will gladly join in on conversations involving video games, dungeons and dragons, and LARPing.
